Kayserispor President Ali Çamlı made statements after the club’s 1-0 victory over Iğdır FK in the 3rd week of the Trendyol 1. Lig. He expressed his satisfaction with the win and praised the coaching staff and players.
Post‑Iğdır Match Appreciation
Çamlı said, “Iğdır FK is one of the strong teams in the league, and we have a team that knows what it is doing. Our coaching staff also knows what they are doing.” He commended both the coaching staff and the players who sweat on the field. Highlighting the league’s marathon nature, he noted, “We are still in a three‑week adventure. The league lasts 38 weeks, and we have 35 matches left.”
From Guest to Homeowner
Çamlı explained, “When I became president, I used the word ‘guest’ for Kayserispor. We are working to return from being a guest to being a home.” He emphasized that the club is the city’s most valuable brand. “We are temporary, but Kayserispor’s identity and emblem are permanent. We want to finish this marathon without harming Kayseri or Kayserispor.”

Reminding that Bursaspor drew about 40,850 fans last week, Çamlı urged fans to fill the stadium: “Let’s fill our stadium for the Bursaspor match. Everyone-old, young, women, children-should show their support for Kayserispor.” He invited the crowd to turn the stadium into a festival and make the match a spectacular football atmosphere. He concluded by sending thanks and greetings to the fans, presenting the Iğdır victory as a gift to Kayseri.
